Our principal, Mr. Gregory A. Norris is an experienced Real Estate professional having spent almost 30 years in the property industry, commencing his career in 1978 with his father Mr. Allan Norris (now retired). Mr. Norris has extensive knowledge of the property market and has both practiced in both Country Victoria, in the major provincial City of Bendigo and in Metropolitan Melbourne. He is both articulate and up to date in his level of skills, being completely familiar with the technologies now utilized by estate agencies in the provision of their services in the 21st century and has a clear understanding of the legislative environment estate agents now operate in.

Caroline joined Hamilton Blake Norris in 2002 and is a core member of our Business Sales Team. She is a Personal Assistant to the Director and specializes in the marketing and sales of small to medium sized businesses. Caroline provides Specialist Services in the sale of Cafes, Restaurants, Bars, Take away Food Outlets and Mixed Businesses. Caroline has a worked in various restaurants and venues over the years within the industry and therefore is very familiar with the way in which these businesses operate.
Extremely articulate with outstanding communicative skills, Caroline is a very strong negotiator and practices excellent organisational and marketing strategies. She also works independently as a freelance writer as well as in web based advertising and marketing for various websites. Her English literature is excellent as is her friendly service.

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Reg Naidoo to our business sales department. Reg has been appointed in his Professional capacity as an Accountant to undertake Business Valuations for a successful Business Department.
Reg has an accounting background, gaining his Academic Qualifications in Durban, South Africa. He holds a Batchelor of Commerce and Advanced Diploma in the Theory of Accountancy. He has held managerial positions in internal audit and payroll with the City Treasurer's Department, Durban Metropolitan Council. and South Africa. Reg has also successfully operated 2 businesses in the industry of hospitality since immigrating to Australia 2002.
Given Reg's excellent understanding of Management and Financial Control, he is well equipped to analyse Financial Data and determine a realistic price and marketing program for any business listed for Sale with our Agency.
